Creating Compassionate Community – is a supportive  group likeminded people who want to learn more about mindfulness and compassion practises and the neuroscience and research which

We continue to welcome new people and regulars to our gatherings on zoom every other Wednesday at 7-8:00pm.

All are welcome to join as we explore mindfulness and compassion topics and practises.  And no experience is necessary.

You are invited to listen, share your own experience and to practise with us – and to invite others along who may benefit from the group support.

  • We will start at 7 pm, but we ask that you please check in 10-15 minutes early to test your audio and video,  and to make yourself comfortable.
  • We offer the Creating Compassionate Community sessions FREELY – but please feel free to make any donations to The Mustard Seed, Victoria, or to Patricia and Myself. We will use your donation to pay for upcoming meeting venue expenses.
