A short informal practise from the Mindful Self-Compassion training course
Rocked, soothed, fronded, loved!
This track is one of my adaptations of a Mindful Self-Compassion Practise called affectionate breathing.
It is a way of meditating on the breath with affection and attention and feeling soothed and rocked by it’s natural rhythm.
Added to this is the practise of grounding, visualisation, supportive touch and compassionate voice.
All of these elements are useful on their own, and I hope you enjoy them in this arrangement too!
